All hardwoods vary in color and depending on wood selected wood grain is visible. That is the beauty of wood. It is normal to show some color variations in stained, finished wood and wood grain to show depending on type wood selected. Solid paint colors guaranteed to match. All of our finishes applied by sprayer, but some minor imperfections are allowed with finished products. We use only high quality finishes from Sherwin Williams, General Finishes, and Benjamin Moore specifically made for cabinets. Sunlight, smoke moisture and household cleaners may cause materials to vary from their original color and split or crack. For example , wood joints may have visible cracking around the joint area and cabinet colors may slightly change color over time. This is considered normal as the finished product age and are not covered under warranty.
All our products inspected for quality before shipping and guarantee free from defects. Our warranty covers for up to 1 year, after product is delivered/ shipped to your location. Doors less than 22" wide or under 48" tall, and drawer fronts less than 32" wide or 9" tall, are guaranteed against warping and splitting for one year (larger sizes not covered). Careful product installation is required. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the part only. Warranty excludes any labor for removal or replacement of the part. If any damages were made during installation, delivery, storage and any starches ,dings or chipping, and exposure to the elements including humidity, negligence that were caused during 1 year period will not be covered under warranty.( Panels for cabinet reface 1/4" excluded from warranty or veneer edge strips), because product is guaranteed to be free from defects, if part is defective due to our error it will be replaced. All our products inspected for quality before shipping and guarantee free from defects. (Panels/ strips must be returned for inspection and return shipping paid by buyer) Defects must be noticed before panels/ strip installed. Customer is expected to make a reasonable attempt to correct small issues on-site. If the parts can be reasonably re-used, modified on site, or otherwise fixed by the customer with minimal effort. In order to receive replacement under warranty products must be returned for inspection buyer pays the shipping cost. Products that are not manufactured by us have 30 day return time from the day of delivery, and covered under manufacturer warranty. Please keep records , and follow their terms and conditions for product warranty. Once product received you can see and refer to a manufacturer about their warranty. Product will not be replaced if it got damaged during installation, it is your sole responsibility to make sure product installation is done correctly.
Returns are accepted on all not custom/ not used, free from defects orders with in 30 days from the day of delivery received. All items must have original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping fees. 20% restocking fee may apply on all products. All products must be in its original packaging not used, free from any defects or scratches. Product will be inspected , after it is inspected if meets all return policy requirements refund will be issued to a customer. Services/ Installations custom orders/sizes or colors, paints not refundable. We are happy to help. We will remake items due to shipping damage or factory errors, but if you order incorrectly you will need to reorder.
Purchases and products that require custom build sizes and/or any colors selected and ordered are not refundable. Small changes could be made with in 24 hours after order was submitted. Difference in price for shipping cost and product manufacturing may apply due to order change
Fed Ex Ground and UPS Ground are the standard methods - If no one is home at time of delivery, they will leave the packages unless there is a note on the door saying not to, then they will call to make an appointment for delivery.
The carrier will contact you to make a delivery appointment. The order will be delivered to your residence after you arrange the day and time; delivery arrangements are between you and the carrier. You must be available to accept the delivery within 3 days of the order arriving at the local freight terminal, and must work with the carrier regarding a delivery time; the carrier will not work around your schedule. The shipment will be delivered to the curb or driveway. Provide any information the driver might need to successfully reach your location; delivery trucks are large, and have limitations in some geographical areas. It will be your responsibility to make sure your freight shipment is successfully delivered or picked up, if any limitations arise due to your location. We will not be responsible, if any extra fees need to be paid due to the difficulty of aces to your property.
All orders are packaged well, but if your products arrives damaged or missing, because of shipping errors it will need to be resolved with shipping services.
All claims, including shortages, must be made within five working days of receipt. Send us pictures along with the size of the item and description of the damage or defect to obtain replacement. Even if there is no visible damage to the boxes, it is very important that you do not discard any boxes until directed to do so. Note the specific damage then report it immediately by email, firstname.lastname@example.org , including date and time of delivery, specifications of damaged pieces, a description of the damage. We will do our best to help resolve those issues. If you need replacements due to shipping damages please let us know, and we will replace your order.
Upon arrival of your order carefully check your items. If check list does not have item ordered and paid for on your invoice. Please let us know with in 10 business days of your order arrival via email email@example.com with reference to missing item on shipping checklist and invoice number. We will ship missing items as quickly as possible, and if it was due to our error shipping cost will be covered by us.
