In order to use our site, and products offered all users must agree with AJ Innovative Interiors, LLC terms and conditions. 

Dimensions are guaranteed within 1/16" inch difference on width X depth and thickness of materials. 

Difference is allowed due to product finishing and or sanding, and material thickness. 

All hardwoods vary in color and depending on wood selected wood grain is visible.  That is the beauty of wood. It is normal to show some  color variations in stained, finished wood and wood grain to show depending on type wood selected. Solid paint colors guaranteed to match. All of our finishes applied  by sprayer, but some minor imperfections are allowed  with finished products. We use only high quality finishes from Sherwin Williams, General Finishes, and Benjamin Moore specifically made for cabinets. Sunlight, smoke moisture and household cleaners may cause materials to vary from their original color and split or crack. For example , wood joints may have visible cracking around the joint area and cabinet colors may  change color over time. Any scratches on the finish chips or dings completely excluded from warranty. This is considered normal as the finished product age  and are not covered under warranty.

  Colors on the product images may look  slightly different . To see the actual color of kitchen cabinets you may order a door sample. 

All our products inspected for quality before shipping and guaranteed free of  defects. This warranty applies to normal residential non transferable original purchaser only. Commercial use is under 1 year defect free guaranteed hardware and wood products.   Our warranty covers for up to 2 year structural and integrity, ( and custom cabinets selection up to 5 years) .  After product is delivered/ shipped to your location. Hinges and drawer glides covered under  limited lifetime coverage, and  all other parts excluded and fall under 1-2-5 years part replacement defect free program . Doors less than 22" wide or under 48" tall, and drawer fronts less than 32" wide or 9" tall, are guaranteed against warping and splitting  (larger  sizes guaranteed free from defects upon delivery,  and careful product care is a must, and limited to 1 year defect free warranty ).  Careful product installation is required. 

Warranty Limitations:

This warranty is limited to repair  or replacement of the part only. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear any labor  for removal or replacement/installation of the part. Damages that occur during installation  like starches ,dings or chipping, and exposure to the elements including humidity, any natural disasters, normal wear and tear, or/and  negligence that were caused during 90 day period or after will not be covered, and void the  warranty completely. It is customer sole responsibility to provide safe inside storage, and keep normal room temperatures to avoid any exposure to humidity or other elements that could cause damage, after product was delivered to a customer. Materials like  1/4" panels  for cabinet refacing excluded from warranty or veneer edge strips, because product is guaranteed to be free from defects, upon delivery of product. If part is defective due to our error it will be replaced.  All our products  carefully inspected for quality before shipping and guaranteed free from  defects. ( IF any damage is present upon delivery   pictures must be provided. As many as we request  for our inspection to be thoroughly done.  Any defects must be noticed before cabinets and panels installed. Customer is expected to make a reasonable attempt to correct small issues on-site. If  the parts can be reasonably re-used, modified on site, or otherwise fixed by the customer with minimal effort. In order to receive replacement under warranty products must be  approved for replacement, after the inspection completion, and required info was provided by a customer.  We will replace the part at no cost to you once, approved and confirmed that product  was substantially defective from the factory.  Buyer is responsible for  the shipping cost when new part is shipped/replaced under limited lifetime warranty agreement, this applies to non factory related replacements only. Products that are not manufactured by us have 30 day return period from the day of delivery, and buyer pays the return shipping . This applies to non custom  orders only. Please keep the records  and follow the manufacturer terms and conditions for product warranty/ replacements.

Note: all custom orders cannot be returned, and  including any electrical component cannot be returned.

We use good quality special cabinet  paint finishes only. Paint/ finish considered normal wear and tear category and excluded from the warranty, and carful use of the product is encouraged. Once product received you can see and refer to a manufacturer about their warranty. Product will not be replaced if it was damages  occur during installation. It is purchaser responsibility to make sure product installation is done properly.  After, product was installed please email final pictures  with in 90 days of product delivery in order for this warranty to be active. Email pictures to support@ajinnovativeinteriors.com with  customers name, order number, date and project location.

Custom orders or electrical components cannot be returned. Returns are accepted on all non custom/ not used, free from defects items only with in 30 days from the day of delivery received. All items must have original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping fees. 20% restocking fee may apply on all products. All products must be in its original packaging not used, free from any defects or scratches. Product will be inspected.  After it is  inspected and meets all return policy requirements  refund will be issued to a customer. Custom orders/ sizes  or electrical components cannot be returned.  Services/ Installations custom colors, paints not refundable.  We are happy to help. We will remake items due to shipping damage or factory errors, but if you order wrong size  you will need to reorder.
